a car built to my specification rolled off the assembly line today in toluca, mexico, which means i now have a car for life.
what's funny is i wouldn't find out that this was the day until 8/29/08 when i got my car back from a 12k oil change and saw that the "production date" was today.

i hope you're just like a human in that you don't actually remember the experience. with all those robots, steel and plastic, it has to be gnarly.
i hope you're not like a human in that you try to blame every single thing on the fact (and the way) that you were born today. and no, i don't want to hear about the fact that you're a saggitarius (although i do think it's funny that you were born in the year of the pig).
